You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
The cancellation deadline is 14 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party you designated (other than the carrier) took possession of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
For the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The following items cannot be returned:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned (e.g., products that deteriorate quickly or have expired)

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.
RETURNING GOODS
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send us an email at techandwash@gmail.com before returning the product.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We are not able to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
